Naples Project
duration: Two weeks
This project developed from my relationships and introduction to the client who asked me to bring a fresh look and feel to the new home that we are being completed. To accomplish this, I was to collaborate with the client’s design team in evaluating the entire inventory, unpack all items and establish the proper placement providing this exciting fresh look and feel. Also, I was to evaluate and procure added items supporting everyday living such as kitchen technology, house technology also such as vacuums and technology supporting music and TV and communications. All this had to be completed in record time (2 weeks) and with the utmost quality and approval of the client. It was completed with the highest client and design team satisfaction with two new projects in the northeast.
Atlanta Project
duration: one month
This project resulted from another client referral for a person who had been in her home for 36 years and decided to redesign her home into a dream home that would meet her new view of life. It was not driven with a demanding schedule, but it required considerable time to propose new and different ideas that the new house would provide accommodation and quality of life. Our chemistry jelled very quickly because she could tell that I was interested in her and would make the new home an environment she would love and enjoy. She decided that she wanted to move so everything had to be packed up and moved plus the refrigerator was connected in the hallway. The home became a construction site on the inside meaning there was no kitchen yet only one toilet hooked up and one sink. The home was totally packed, and all of her special belongings were put in airtight containers due to the circumstances. The client wanted to make sure the valuables which were significant would be protected with all the crews in and out of the house. It was incredibly stressful and challenging but it progressed and is a dream come true for her. The client is extremely happy and has me continue to work with her quarterly tweaking and designing and organizing things for her to make her dream come true.
Atlanta Project
duration: three months
Client needed to move before election after being at home for 36 years started to build her dream house, but it was still in construction when she wanted to move so everything had to be packed up and moved to a construction site on the inside meaning there was no kitchen yet only one toilet hooked up and one sink. The refrigerator was hooked up in the entry. Repacked all of her special belongings and airtight containers due to the circumstances and make sure they were protected with all the crews in there then when Construction was over organized and unpacked, I continue to work with her quarterly tweaking and designing and organizing things for her to keep her on track.
